Join us for a special afternoon with Richard Geoffroy, the legendary former Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon and founder of IWA Sake.

After nearly three decades crafting some of the world's most celebrated Champagnes, Richard embarked on a new journey in Japan, bringing his philosophy of assemblage to the world of sake.

Guests will enjoy a guided exploration of three IWA vintages, Assemblage 4 (2022), Assemblage 5 (2023) and Assemblage 6 (2024), discovering how each expresses Richard's vision for sake through blending, complexity and maturation.

An intimate opportunity to meet Richard, experience IWA across vintages and purchase bottles personally signed by its creator.
