Join us at 6:30pm or an evening devoted to little-known yet deeply beloved Tuscan classics, personally flown in by our Montepulciano friend, Francesco Maramai.

For those fortunate enough to have met Francesco in his native Italy, well then you already know his passion for championing small growers from the UNESCO World Heritage region of Val d’Orcia, nestled between Montepulciano and Montalcino, where Sangiovese reigns supreme and Super Tuscans are rockstars.

 Forget traditional food-pairing rules. While Francesco and his family own an exceptional osteria, he prefers to pair his wines with classic vinyl, setting the tone for a relaxed, sensory driven experience.  Locally owned Spice House will provide curated small plates to complement our Digress charcuterie boards, adding layers of savory delight to the evening.

Come drink, eat, and enjoy discovering and falling in love with Francesco and his wines, both Tuscan treasures.
