Here it is, friends! Our long awaited and consistently requested Bordeaux class has arrived, get it while you can. We are thrilled to welcome longtime industry superstar Sylvain Boulet of Consortium Wines to share his wealth of knowledge with you in the cellar.

If you have ever wondered about the significance of Left Bank vs Right Bank (or what that means to begin with) the five grapes that comprise the bulk of Bordeaux reds, or anything else related to this legendary appellation, THIS IS YOUR CHANCE. Ask all of the questions, he can handle it.

We’re not playing with the wines, either. Upon arrival, we’ll greet you with a sparkling Bordeaux (when’s the last time you had one of those?) before we move into the main event, eight reds that showcase just about everything one needs to know, coupled with family style dinner from our best buds Duck & Drake.
