Chef Chris will be serving up 10 handcrafted tapas, each rooted in traditional Spanish cuisine and reimagined with his signature flair. From patatas bravas and croquetas to chorizo-stuffed dates and saffron-laced bites - this is a culinary passport through the vibrant world of Spanish small plates.
